All MDaemon Technologies products come with free email support and a 3-5 business day response time.

Support Agreements are available with one-day priority support for MDaemon (MDaemon Connector for Outlook, MDaemon AntiVirus, and ActiveSync are covered with a MDaemon Support Agreement).

Beginning with SecurityGateway 3.0, the software uses an annual subscription model that includes Upgrade Protection, priority telephone and/or one-day email support. If your license key expires, email will continue to flow but the security features (Antivirus and Outbreak Protection) will not be updated. Priority telephone support is available during normal support hours.

End Of Life Support Notice

Effective December 31, 2021 - MDaemon Technologies will no longer support MDaemon Email Server version 16.5 and below.

Effective September 16, 2021 - MDaemon Connector for Outlook (formerly Outlook Connector for MDaemon) will no longer be supported on Outlook 2010.

RelayFax End-of-Life - Beginning June 30, 2021, RelayFax will no longer be offered for new sales, renewals, or upgrades. General support for RelayFax will continue to be available for 12 months (1 year) for all existing customers (current and expired licenses) and will end on June 30, 2022. Since the software license is perpetual, users may continue to use RelayFax after official support has ended.
As of November 1, 2020, the following product versions are no longer supported:
  • MDaemon - Versions 15.5.x and below
  • SecurityGateway - Versions 5.5.x and below
  • MDaemon Connector for Outlook - Versions 5.0.x and below
  • MDaemon AntiVirus (SecurityPlus) - Versions 5.1.0 and below
