The training consists of self-paced audiovisual content with conceptual illustrations, practical screen examples, and review questions. If there is something you do not understand you can email a question to the course instructor.

Registration Process
To get started with eLearning a purchased access key is required.
- Buy eLearning Training for either MDaemon or SecurityGateway by making your selection on the dropdown menu of the eLearning Purchase page.
- At the bottom of your receipt, which will be emailed to you, there is a URL to click on that will take you to the eLearning Registration page for you to complete a user profile.
- Upon profile completion, you will be forwarded to a login page for you to enter your user name and password to enter the course. You can also login from the login button at the top of this page once you have set your username and password.
