Software Uninstall Instructions

If you would like to uninstall any of our software programs, please follow the instructions below.
Note: Instructions may vary by operating system.

  1. Go to Start | Control Panel | Programs and Features.
  2. Find the program you want to uninstall in the list of installed programs.
  3. Right-click on the program you want to uninstall and select Uninstall/Change. This will launch the Uninstall Wizard.
  4. Make sure "Automatic" is selected, and then click on Next.
  5. Click Finish.
    • Depending on the product, you may receive a pop-up window asking if you'd like to let us know why you are uninstalling the product. Select Yes or No as desired.
  6. At this time, you’ll see a progress bar at the bottom until the uninstall process has completed.
