All MDaemon Technologies products come with free email support and a 3-5 business day response time.
Support Agreements are available with one-day priority support for MDaemon (SecurityPlus is covered with a MDaemon Support Agreement), Outlook Connector, and RelayFax.
Beginning with SecurityGateway 3.0, the software uses an annual subscription model that includes Upgrade Protection, priority telephone and/or one-day email support. If your license key expires, email will continue to flow but the security features (Antivirus and Outbreak Protection) will not be updated. Priority telephone support is available during normal support hours.
