How do I renew the Upgrade Protection on my SecurityGateway license?

Answer

You may renew the Upgrade Protection on your SecurityGateway license by following these steps:

  1. Make sure you have a copy of the current registration-key for SecurityGateway handy. If you do not have it, log into the SecurityGateway server using a global administrator account, click on Setup / Users in the bottom-left corner, then Registration on the left.
  2. Go to http://www.altn.com/Purchase/Software/UpgradeProtection/ and enter the key in the provided space, then check the box next to Renew Your Upgrade Protection. You may also choose Change License Size or Type if you wish to renew the Upgrade Protection on your license as well.
  3. Click on the View Prices button to review pricing options and lengths of additional Upgrade Protection.

Comments

Note that you may only increase the size of your license, not decrease it. If you wish to downgrade your license-size, please contact our sales department at sales@helpdesk.altn.com.
