How do I determine how many days of Upgrade Protection are left on my SecurityGateway license?

Answer

You may check to see how many days of Upgrade Protection are left on your license by following these steps:

  1. Log into the SecurityGateway website with a global administrator account
  2. Click on Setup / Users in the lower-left corner.
  3. Click on Registration on the left-hand side of the window.

You will then be shown the registration information for both SecurityGateway and ProtectionPlus. The amount of Upgrade Protection will be listed under the Registration Status section, by number of days, along with how many users are on your license.
