(FAQ) How do I limit the amount of messages that an account can send in a single day?

The 'Maximum messages sent per day' option applies to either specific users, new users, or all current users. 

To apply this setting to a specific user:

  1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Edit Account
  3. Double-click an account you wish to modify.
  4. Select Quotas
  5. Check the box next to This account must observe these quota settings
  6. In the Maximum messages sent per day field, enter a number value.
  7. Click Ok

To apply this setting to new and/or all users:

  1. Click Accounts
  2. Click Groups & Templates...
  3. Expand Template Manager
  4. Expand New Accounts
  5. Click Quotas
  6. Check Enable quota restrictions
  7. In the Maximum messages sent per day field, enter a number value.
  8. (Optional) Click Apply to all accounts now to apply this setting to existing accounts
  9. Click Ok
