(FAQ) Why is WorldClient’s auto complete feature not displaying all of my contacts?

Why is WorldClient not correctly displaying all private, public, and personal contacts that mail has been sent to?

WorldClient’s auto complete feature uses the contact folders you have access to and pulls the information from those folders to create the auto complete when you type.

Below are a few possible causes for WorldClient to not correctly display all private, public, and personal contacts that mail has been sent to.

The unsubscribed folders have been set to 'hide' within WorldClient:

      1. Log in to your WorldClient account
      2. Click Options
      3. Click Folders
      4. If you wish to disable the feature, you may disable Hide Unsubscribed Folders

Note: If you wish to keep the feature, you will need to enable each contact folder you wish to have within the auto complete feature.

If the folder does not appear within the above list, you may not have the correct permissions to view the folder. In order to receive the correct permissions, you will need to contact your MDaemon Administrator.

WorldClient is not retaining contacts that have been sent email:
      1. The MDaemon administrator may have it configured globally to add email addresses you have sent email to, to your WhiteList.IMAP folder.

If the above is not the case, you may use these steps to configure adding the email addresses to your contacts:
    1. Log in to your WorldClient account
    2. Click Options
    3. Click Personalize
    4. Enable Add Replies to Contacts
