Why messages sent using a BES enabled account from a BlackBerry device not shown in the SMTP-(in) log?
Messages sent using a BES enabled account from a BlackBerry device are delivered directly to the BlackBerry Router using the device’s SRP ID which then places them directly into MDaemon’s Inbound queue.
Messages will not show within the SMTP-(in).log located in the \MDaemon\Logs\ directory.
You may review the MAGT log located in the \MDaemon\Logs\BES\Date\ directory to view the incoming message.
