Technical Support Agreement

A Technical Support Agreement offers you priority access to Alt-N's Technical Support Team during normal business hours (US Central Time). Technical Support Agreements are flexible and designed to address the critical response needs of your business.

Technical Support Agreements are available for supported versions of MDaemon (SecurityPlus is covered with a MDaemon Support Agreement), Outlook Connector, and RelayFax.

A Technical Support Agreement is valid for the full term of the associated software product license if the product has current Software License Renewal Coverage. If the software product is no longer covered under Software License Renewal Coverage, the Technical Support Agreement is valid for a term of one year from the date purchase.

Beginning with SecurityGateway 3.0, the software uses an annual subscription model that includes Upgrade Protection, priority telephone and/or one-day email support. If your license key expires, email will continue to flow but the security features (Antivirus and Outbreak Protection) will not be updated. Priority telephone support is available during normal support hours.

End Of Life Support Notice

  • Effective May 1, 2017, the following product versions will not be supported:
  • MDaemon - Versions 12.5.9 and below
  • SecurityGateway - Versions 2.1.2 and below
  • Outlook Connector - Versions 2.3.3 and below
  • SecurityPlus - Versions 4.1.5 and below
  • Relayfax - Versions 7.0.6 and below
