Upgrade Protection / Increase License Size or Type
What is Upgrade Protection?
Upgrade Protection is available for all products and ensures access to the most current major or minor software updates free of charge for the duration of the Upgrade Protection period. Upgrade Protection can be extended in 12-month increments to a maximum of 24-months at any one time.
Upgrade Protection does not include Priority Technical Support for all products except SecurityGateway for Exchange/SMTP and its ProtectionPlus Plug-in. For all other products, 6-month or one-year Support Agreements are available.
How to Extend Upgrade Protection or Increase License Size or Type?
Enter your product key into the "Registration Key" field below to view upgrade options and prices based on your current key.
"Renew Your Upgrade Protection" — add an additional amount of time to your Upgrade Protection period.
"Upgrade Your User License Size or Type" — increase user license and/or change product type from Standard to Pro.
