The Support Agreement Service from Alt-N Technologies is a technical service support offering to help your business get the most from your Alt-N product. Support Agreements are flexible, designed to address the critical response needs of your business, and allow you to choose either a 6 month or one year term of service.

  • Priority product support during normal business hours
  • Access via telephone or email
  • One business day priority response (via email)
  • Ability to better manage IT budgets and avoid unforeseen operating expenses
  • Available for MDaemon (SecurityPlus is covered with a MDaemon Support Agreement), Outlook Connector, and RelayFax products

If you choose not to select a support agreement, product support is also available on a per incident basis at the current published rates or via the free email support option which has a 3-5 business day response time.
