Return Policy
Software and Support
Alt-N Technologies software, excluding eLearning products (see below), comes with a 30-day trial period and a 30-day money back guarantee starting from the date of purchase. Support agreements may be cancelled within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The refund may be reduced at the discretion of Alt-N Technologies based on the passage of time and/or the number of support incidents. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service department (customerservice@helpdesk.altn.com). Upon your request, a Letter of Destruction (LOD) for software or a Letter of Cancellation (LOC) for support agreements will be emailed to you for completion, and we will process your return once the LOD is returned to us. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
eLearning Return Policy
eLearning is a hosted service. There are no refunds and no returns. A brief demo of the course is available here.
